I have devised a LD method that only after two nights, gave me a low level lucid dream, which only lasted for a few miniutes, which may not sound like much, but I usually don’t have lucid dreams at all, so this is a great acomplishment for me. The method is a mixture of hypnosis and WBTB. I don’t know if I am actually being hypnotised, becuase I heard from someone on this site that you have to know how to be hypnotised, and I have no idea, I just listen to the hypnosis file, so the file could just be acting as intense autosuggestion.
The method is as follows:
-Set your alarm clock for 3:00am.
-Listen to the Lucid Dream Curse 2 from www.warpmymind.com, then go to bed.
-When your alarm clock goes off, get up, get a drink of water, whatever, just wake up a bit, then get back into bed and listen to Lucid Dream Curse 2 again, then go to sleep.
Easy as that. On my second night of using this method, I had a short, low level LD. Mabye some proficent LD’ers could get better results.
That curse must be a Subliminal message. Subliminal messages are messages that are targeted at your subconciousness without passing through your counsicousness…
That means it’s some kind of a forced MILD!
Doing flashs of some words of LD reminders on screen at a very fast rate are good too!
Well, I have not had another LD with this method, though I was only able to try it one more time. The third time I used it, I had almost zero dream recall when I awoke. I’ll play with it some more to see if something in this method is causing bad dream recall.
My dream recall is not as good as it used to be when I use this method, but last night I had a hyper-lucid dream, lasting what felt like hours. In the past I spent most of my energy having lucid dreams, and none trying to control them or do things like shapeshift or fly. I tried to fly in the past, and failed. During this LD, I flew all around with no trouble. Usually when I preform some sort of sexual activity in an LD, the adreniline rush wakes me up, but not this time. I stayed in the dream no matter what I did. I have never had an LD which lasted more than 5 or 6 miniutes, and my awareness has always been cloudy, and I often lose lucidity, but my awareness in this LD was the same as in my waking life! I think I’ve finally found the perfect LD method(for me at least. everyone’s different)!
I think the hypnosis file loses the ability to put you in trance after listening to it alot. I have been listening to it before bed and when I wake up at 3am every night for a little less than a week, and it wouldn’t put me in trance before bed or at 3 last night.
