Serious Problem.

Last night i got to bed around, 11:30- 11:45ish. Then around 2:50-3:00 am i wake up. And its weird cause when i wake up its almost like ifeel i never went asleep. Then im mad because i woke up and im not dreaming. So while awake i decide to do WBTB. I count up to 60 saying 1, i mdreaming and so on. Then i go back to bed and try to picture my psp in my head ,w/e object idk. I just CANT visualize anything. So then i wake up at 6:30 realizing i had mabye one dream at like 4-6 mabye. This has been happening to me. And im worryied.

i sugest not trying so hard and let it come to you sooner or later. Or…you can trying eating foods that will help your dreams become more real/visual so u can have some memory of them. ie. Bananas or any foods with the vitamin B6.

I knoww. But this really doesnt have much to do with Lucid dreaming besides the fact that i tryed to do WBTB since i had woke up. But i feel as if, I never actually went to bed when i woke up.

Try something other than WBTB, or you will get bored eventually. I can recommend FILD (HILD).

Doing the same technique over and over again will just get you bored.

Omg , i am not walking up on purpose to do WBTB i just wake up randomely and feel as if i never was sleeping.

Okay i know what you mean. I feel that way sometimes too but i guess i dont know how that could be fixed. What i was trying to sugest was a way for you to feel like you’ve been dreaming not a way to try to make u have a lucid dream. I dont know but making your dreams more vivid would probably help you feel like you’ve been dreaming. Sorry if that didnt help or anything.

That same thing happens to me sometimes. I might suggest trying to get to sleep earlyer. It’s worked for me and I rarely wake up like that any more.
