Hello. Does anyone have experience of shaking in the body and rapid heartbeat on awakening from dreams? I often get this, much more pronounced after a lucid dream.
Yes, I have experienced the rapid heartbeat. That happened a lot after my first LD’s. I think that it’s caused by the excitement you experience during your LD and this adrenalin rush after waking up.
