If I get up during the vibrations this I have SP really bad and cant move for usually a couple seconds. (so I usually just go along with it)
grasswar, maybe you should drop counting for a few minutes if that keeps you too awake. Try visualisation.
I also noticed that, when you exhale, if you don’t breath in as soon as there is no more air in the lungs, it helps you relax better. I breath in faster than I exhale. I guess inhaling isn’t something to focus on.
I have heard that keeping your mind busy through counting or visualizing will prevent the vibrations from being felt as heavily, because you are actively focusing your mind away from monitoring inputs. Apparently visualizing your scene can help to completely make you forget about the vibrations, skipping this feeling altogether.
My main problem is that I am not patient enough. My mind tends to wander, because I’m not sure what I am doing. I will need to read up some more WILD techniques.
