shock sensation when getting lucid

I had three very short lucid dreams tonight no more then 10- 30 seconds all from FAs.

Every time i would get a shocking feeling when i realized i’m dreaming (the nose RC is excellent… never has failed me) this shock is not from excitement but the worry with the challenge of remaining lucid and not waking up. Everything was difficult to do, (opening my eyes, moving) i was feeling very tired. On the third LD I managed to sit up… i felt so dizzy and heavy that i thought i would just fall over, i needed to stabilize this so i started rubbing my hands… i felt my vision fading but i could still feel and hear the rubbing of my hands.

still in the end it didn’t help and i woke up.

Has anyone experienced this and has overcome it?

mhm, not what you said, but i’ve had a shock when i’ve had spontaneous lucid dreams, in one of them i was running and suddenly became lucid, the shock stopped me dead in my tracks, i felt a bit dazed as i thought of what to do, lost lucidity fairly soon after, it went into some sort of HL2 dream, and i suddenly realised just now there was a dr who reference in it, even though i’d never seen the series before, or even a long time after that dream, in fact i only started watching it like 2 months ago(police box, it just wasn’t a TARDIS)
