Hey guys I really don’t know how to lucid dream but when I do it I only have it for less than a minute. When I realize i’m dreaming everything starts shaking like an earthquake and the dream fades out is there any help on how I can stay in longer. Iv’e also tried rubbing my hands and telling my self its a dream and it still doesnt work…
Yeah, I’ve had massive problems with that myself recently. Dreams lasting a very short time and lucidity even shorter, some year ago I could just say “I want to be more lucid!” or things like that, and get a very long and stable dream. Now they last for extremely little time, and are very unvivid. Don’t really know why…?
Good start is meditating before sleep. Focusing on that you will become lucid but that you will stay calm. I guess your feelings get uncontrollable and that’s the problem. Modulating your feelings lucid dreams become more stable…
