There seems to be two different schools of thought out there however only one that can be correct.
- Some say that your more likely to have a LD if you go to bed knackered because you sleep more deeply and should remember more dreams. 2. Some say you should not be particularly tired as this may destroy your ability to remember to realise that you are dreaming and you will simply go with the flow and have NDs.
So who is right and why?
PS: because of my work and exercise routine ( I am preparing for UK Army training ) I tend to go to bed very tired. In fact tired so reliably that have not yet managed to compare with non-fatigue sleeping because it just never happens in my life. Also I seem to forget how to sleep in classic spurts of insomnia
