From my few own experiances, and from reading the adventures of others here, I’ve pretty much gathered that most LD’s are wacky, spontaneous and ever-changing.
I persoanlly think that thats great. It helps us have some unwind and relieve ourselves of the stress of everyday life.
However, would it be possible to manifest a certain location, item, or person and have them stay… well, have the dream stay logical.
Like in “A Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy”, with the Improbability Drive. It seams, in most of my dreams, that its always on full blast. Could you turn it right down to zero?
Mine were logical. Unrealistic, but logical. Especially the first one I had, which followed on from one of my normal dreams. All the same people were in it, doing what they’d been doing before I went lucid. The parts of the building I’d previously been through stayed the same, and when I moved from room to room there was nothing that looked like it had changed or was out of place. During the lucid part I also went into some places I’d never been before, and these all made perfect architectural sense along with the rest of the dream. I could draw you a plan of the house right now if my scanner was working.
The only thing that changed my surroundings was me, by my choices where to go and what to do. (Except in my third lucid, but that was only because I was covering a lot of distance and I’ve got a lousy sense of direction.) In fact, even then things were particularly stubborn, even more resistant to change than in my normal dreams. So yes, it’s definitely possible.
