Does anyone know if sleep aids have an affect on dreams in general?
I don’t know about for people in general but i’ve found that if i took a sleeping tablet any dreams i had were quite broken and tend to just like single scenes or images.
I guess it dulls my thoughts too much…but it doesn’t seem to alter the frequency of my dreaming.
