Well this is a simple method all you do is this:
. Nap for 20 minautes every two or three hours
example 6pm, 8pm, 10pm, 11pm. Note it is improtant to get 80 minautes of naptime once you have had 80 minautes of naptime you will not need more. Also don’t nap before 5pm and you can miss a period like 8pm, however it would be good if you extend 10pm and 11pm by 10minautes to compensate.
. Then you go to bed so you can sleep the 8-10 hours you normally sleep, however instead of doing wbtb at 5pm you will do it at 2pm.
. Now everytime you go to nap you will attempt a wild. The most important thing is to relax and forget your body.
The aim of this method is like ubersleep, however you will complete a Non REM cycle so when you sleep you will have a shorter distance to travel to REM sleep. It is important to wild everytime you sleep this will make everything easy and condition yourself so you can always lucid dream hypothetically. I will update tomorrow and tell you if it works.
That seems that it will just mess up your sleep cycle… Plus who can nap 80 mins a day? That’s a lot of time and most people are busy. Tell me if it works though.
