SLEEP PARALYSIS=O.B.E.!!!!

i have found out by going to multiple sights, mainly this one: www.lucidology.com <-VERY USEFUL!!this is the sight i used to have my first 3 O.B.E.'s!!! ALL THE INFO IN BOOKS IS WRONG PEOPLE! the fact of the matter is, most books on O.B.E.'s and lucid dreams are WRONG! i would not reccomend buying these becouse
1.thier 1000-1500 pages long(tree killing books! :grin: )
and 2. they cost WAY too much money!
but the way sleep paralysis=O.B.E. is this:
everyone knows sleep paralysis is the bodies defense from jumping off buildings, trying to fly,etc. while your asleep,but keeping your mind awake during this can actually cause an O.B.E.! by being awake, then falling asleep, most people fall too deeply into sleep, and dont realize thier dreaming until too late! i have this problem personaly, and cant even have LD’s unless they happen naturally, wich has only happened twice in 13 years!, so what i do is follow the 15 step process(may be more steps) to having and O.B.E. to do this, you may want to go to the sight above, and watch all the FREE videos nicholas newport has to offer, they are ALL REAL, and ALL TRUTH!, i have followed his methods, and have had 3 O.B.E.'s in just 4 days!it may be a big long, but he also has a 35$ lucidology 102 guide to have 100 O.B.E.'s in 100 nights! one of the secrets is:
1.NOT TO TRY TO HAVE O.B.E.'s AT NIGHT! this is whent he bdies 1 of 2 natuural hormones kicks in! it is called melatonin<-( important) this is the bodies hormone that makes you fall into too deep sleep! for optimal concentration, use WBTB and wake up at 4:30 in the morning, while doing the stretches nicholas describes in his video to relieve the bodies tension, then do his “stop drop and roll” method to fake the body into sleep, then use his “timer” method, wich you WILL be able to get his timer for FREE on his sight, no downloads needed!(but thier are soem if you want some for MP3 and PSP downloads, all this will trick the body to sleep, and allowing your mind to dream, while the timer keeps the mind on the sleep, awake threshold we call O.B.E.'s, by concentrating on the body, NOT the dream!(this will cause lucidity mind=lucid body=O.B.E.!) you will start to hear a static noise, like the white noise your hear while you tune in between stations on a radio, followed by a serious of vibrations(only for new O.B.E.'ers, vibrations will not occur for expierienced O.B.E.'ers!)these vibrations will become more intense, so during this time, you must relax, do nothing else but relax, and then:

                                                    silence

this means, that your body has succesfully broken into the nonphysical realm, and you may split from your body into your non-physical bedroom, but dont do anything during this silence NOTHING
ABSOLUTE NADA! NOTHING!!! if you DO try something, then more than likely, your physical body will move along with your astral body, and what you must do is:
movement free reality checks! my favorite is the safety-cap method, what you do is feel the gravity along the back of your body, and concentrate on it. if it is succesful, then you will sink underneath your bed, but you will see through your bed! what you must do is feel a force like gravity, basicly concentrate on turning 360 degrees l;eft or right along your belly-button :grin: if it works, then you will be seeing the ceiling from the opposite side of your bed(if you are confused, becouse you think you can open your eyes, then NO, during waking sleep paralysis, you may open your eyes and breath as heavily as you wish, but not too hard!!!if you breathe too hard, your body will sense this, and think your mind is awak,e therefore KILLING your paralysis and ruining that attempt)if you are seeing your cieling fromt he pposite side of you bed, then you may get up, and do anything you want, becouse you are in an O.B.E.!!!

if you want the full version, becouse it is alot more simpler than all this, you may see the videos for O.B.E.'s and lucid dreams from either the begging sight, and if you missed it, it is: www.lucidology.com i am afraid i missed a few things and i DID NOT explain this fully, so do not try O.B.E.'s from just reading this, you must first go to the sight listed and watch ALL the videos on O.B.E.'s and lucid dreams, there are only 12 of them, so its not too bad! he also has, like i said before, Lucidology 102 videos for only 35$, and explains O.B.E.'s in fuller detail, and lists ways to go into O.B.E.'s without going all the way into waking paralysis vibrations, and gives ways to check if your in an O.B.E. if you dont get any of the vibrations.

I have other ways of getting these vids. I actually already, I would never pay for any of that stuff.

While it does indeed sound much closer to my personal experience of OBE’s than the books that it bashes, the heavily stressed link to OBE’s induced by SP isn’t something I’ve observed myself (cripes, I studied OBE methods for the sole reason of never having to suffer through SP again, y’know? ;-P)

The informations in books helped me a lot; this one didn’t.
I believe it depends on everyone’s lifestyle. Everyone should try to find his/her own technique without following 100% a preexistent one.

Something personal… I don’t know,
For now nothing seems to work for me… :neutral:
While I have a lot LD’s (ok ok it have been a week, and that’s long for me, lol), I can’t have OBE’s, strange.
