Sleep paralysis which led to an OBE, advice.

Hey guys, ive been having sleep paralysis issues and random lucid dreams/OBE’s throughout my life and a couple years ago i read that when in the state of paralysis you can move out of your body.
everytime i get the paralysis and i try to move out of my body, it gets really painfull, i feel a lot more pressure on my chest than usual and i feel stuck to my bed.i usually give up at that point. today it happened and when i tried moving out of my body, i felt the same pain and as usual i gave up and tried to wake up, the good thing was that it is really hard to get out of it. i try to move as best i can to wake up but it is difficult. this time, i thought i had managed to get out of it, but when i was getting out of my bed, i saw my arms in my bed and everything around me felt different like my few other past experiences with OBE. i was having an OBE. it was great, i managed to walk around and float to my roof, but after a few seconds i heard a girl scream, which freaked me out and caused me to go back in my body. has anyone else managed to have an OBE from SP? Is it painfull for you also when you try and get out of your body in the state of paralysis? my past OBE experiences always get ruined becuase of weird noises i hear, like the girl screaming? what exactly are these noises? some feedback would be great
thanks,
ishkhan

I also got into OBE’s for the SP problems, but I still get SP without being able to OBE out of it, and fighting the paralysis does hurt. Only once was I able to shift the angle by doing a backwards arc sinking into the mattress instead of up and out, but nothing like walking on the roof. Congratulations!

… don’t know about the noises, though. My OBE’s tend to have a thud! thud! thud! sort of sound, but it’s regular so it doesn’t shock me back.

strange noises are very normal when ur in SP. Once when i was stuck in SP i heard an evil man whispering in my ear- this was before i knew what i know now- scared the crap out of me…

That’s creepy. I usually hear singing, or someone humming. It does take a while to get used to it.

when in sleep paralysis, don’t try to move physically. Try to use your mind. The astral body is hard to navigate as we are so used to moving around physically. It is confusing. I can’t do it yet.
