hey sleep paralysis wasn’t that scary… i just couldn’t move
i dunno if i was dreaming i had a sleep paralysis or i was really having one.
Sleep paralysis always freak me out. I never manage to get a lucid dream from them, because if I relax and close my eyes, I get these weird, scary sensations which freak me out, so in stead I always strive to wake up. So, to be honest I DON’T understand you
