hio this night i woke up and i lay down and try to sleep again and then i began to hear sounds it was likte the sound was waving and it sounds abit like begen’s sleep intrudiction’s sound… it was realy hart to tell it was in ore outside my head but i thing i have heard sleep sound’s fore the first time… Am i right?
Yep I’d say those were the typical sounds which can be heard on the brink of sleep.
However, there could be a small chance they were coming from external sources. In that case, the sounds were incorporated in your half-sleeping brain which resulted in strange and deformed noises. But I think this is pretty rare… Mostly the sounds come from the brain only.
