Sleeping in a dream. Accidentally lucid.

Twice has it so happened that when in a dream, I have fallen asleep into another dream. This would be the oppsite of an FA, I guess instead…a False Nap (FN)?

I came up with a technique. In the first dream, I fell asleep on a sofa and immediately proceeded to have a different dream. I became lucid in the different dream, and thought that I was asleep on the sofa. I shortly awoke from both dreams to realize that I was actually in bed. This was slighty deceiving and it led to me believing in a false reality.

The second dream is where I make my point.

I commonly do experiments where I try to MILD, WILDor whatever straight to sleep. I usually cannot complete this for one reason of another. I just can’t. I try and try.

Because of this habit, I attempted this inside a dream. Yes, I was sitting down and tried this. I visualized looking down a driveway in front of a house. I was sitting at a barstool in front of a computer. I painted the image on the computer of what I was trying to visualize, then overlapped the image I was imagining over the one on the computer screen and it catapulted me into the dream scene in front of the house, fully lucid. This technique allowed me to do the quest for spectral moon.

I’m saying this:
Like an RC, one can train themselves to at random times, try to MILD or WILD even when not going to bed at night. Then this can be done more effecively in a dream, because you are already dreaming, and the dream world is based on different rules.

This WILD/DILD is another habitual mechanism that you may from time to time be able to use. This can be done along with reality checks (before you WILD, thus making the technique above uneccessary).
