for me its harder to try to have an LD because if i dont take melatonin, i cant get to sleep until around 3 or 4 AM, and i go to bed al around 11 Pm, i’ve tried all the sleeping techniques and stuff but i still have this problem, and i still want to try to ld, but i dnt want to keep having to take melatonin what should i do!?
now other ways to adjust your sleeping rhythm…
more exercise during the day
have a routine for going to bed
never take a nap during the day to catch up on sleep
allow yourself to get used to not taking the melatonin ( may be you got a little too dependent on it?)
