sleeping

can someone tell me how i can fall to sleep faster (i cant sleep until like 2 oclock in the morning) but without afecting LD’s

is this late time due to insomnia or an out of tune “body clock”?

Don’t try to fall asleep and just let your body fall asleep (that helps me some times).

there is a plant you probably heard of, Lavender (flores lavandulae) that if you dry and put it in a little bag and hang by your bad, so you can smell it, should relax you and make you fall asleep fast… check it out

I use to have the same problem and i solved it by first, just staying awake and not to make myself sleep and just stare into the dark, second go through any thoughts that pop into your head and analyze them so they go away, after that meditation and closeing your eyes should help you drift off.
hopefully that helps.

Be more active during the day.
Get up earlier.

I have the same problem :sad: it takes ages for me to fall asleep :confused: . When i lie in bed i think about a lot of stuff, and cant stop thinking about stuff eighter :eh: :tongue:

It used to take me forever to fall asleep as well. After trying to LD for a while I now fall asleep so quickly that I can’t even WILD any more…

I would try tensing all of your muscles from your head to your toes, one at a time. After that, Lay on your back and put your arms by your side. Try your hardest not to think about anything, and concentrate on the way your hands feel. Eventually, either a thought will creep in and distract you, making you drift off to dream land, or your hands will start to feel funny and you will begin to fall through your bed. Either way, you will be asleep quick enough.
