snooze + WBTB + ask questions,

i found a website talking about dreaming,

they said to set the alarm, do the whole WBTB thing, but to set it with a snooze,
and then when you are snoozing, ask a question, and when it wakes you, see what you dreamed about
and to do this as long as you wish ,

i find this a very good idea because when i stayed the night with a friend once he set his alarm way too early
i grumbled about it and drifted
and it went off again
and again
and again
and eventually it had me in an OBE,
i think he kept hitting snooze, and maybe he was doing it for these very reasons.

they posed the idea something like :
“Is there anything holding me back from ____________ (insert goal here ) ________”
and then they go to sleep, hit snooze, ask a question, hit snooze,
and see what happens.

this is very much the same as a model in the lucidology101 youtube tutorials which is : (with a digital cooking timer or something that works this way)
