So once you start remembering ALL your dreams...

How often do you get Lucid Dreams? Like, after you start writing in your DJ so much that you remember all or almost every dream?

That depends a lot on your determination.
Basically, the more you focus on your dreams, search for dreamsigns, try to find explanations for everything in your dreams, remain aware during waking life etc, the better your odds will be to have lucid dreams.

You should definitely try WBTB as well, it is a great way to start getting lucid dreams fairly easily.
It’s about waking up during a REM cycle (usually around 6 hours after you fall asleep), then get out of bed and focus a lot on lucid dreams, prepare what you want to do in your lucid dream etc, and then go back to sleep when you feel fairly alert.
Then as you fall asleep you picture in your mind what you are going to do in that dream.
If you do all this then you will instantly dive into a dream again (since you interrupted it a while ago) and also do it with a very alert mind to boot, since you have stayed awake for a while.

Interesting, i’ve always heard of WBTB before, just never sure how to do it. Today i was doing some researching on the different Tech. to do lucid dreams, and i came across this fairly easy one that seems to have a high sucess rate. The FILD technique.

I’d say that this would be an extremely good time for you to practise the MILD technique. It was the technique that got me my first few LDs. Errmm… this technique has a 10% success rate for me though so I don’t really use it anymore. :meh: By the way, do you really remember nearly 100% of your dreams all the time now?

You can remember every dream and have no LD. You can also remember one dream per week which is an LD. Your question has no definite answer.
