some help needed.

after of a couple of months of lucid dreaming i seemed to have crashed.
it’s harder to focus on WBTB and other methods such as MILD.
I’ve been trying to “preprogram” setup the content of the dream that will trigger lucidity.

but no luck.

my dream recall is fuzzy. i would usually recall a dream upon waking after 4-5 hours but my body wants to sleep so much that i can barely write a sentence that makes sense =P

Well that happens from time to time. It seems that we get in a rut from doing the same techniques over and over. Sometimes it helps to take a break, or maybe you could throw in a few other techniques. When it comes to MILD, use a different mantra. As for the laziness when it comes to writing your dream down, your just going to have to get over it. Sit up in bed if it helps. Stand if you have to.

I’ve noticed two pints where LD’ers give up. One is when they first start out. No LD’s after a few weeks and there gone. The other is when things begin to slow down and they just assume its all over. You have to push through this just like when you pushed in the beginning.

Well put :content: Indeed progress and motivation have their ups and downs, unfortunatelly. As long as you keep your eyes on where you want to get in LD’ing and don’t give up for good, it will all come back to you after a while :wink:

Reading some awesome LD’s in the DJ section usually helps kick up my motivation a bit :wink:
