most of lucidity , when it works, is because a technique becomes personal,
most of lucidity if it doesn’t work, is because of focus
focus is so easy, just like reading these words ,
to master lucidity, go to sleep, and enjoy sleeping,
***** what follows does not help, its just technical jargon, and disclaimers :
but you have to have to have to have to be awake without obligations for as long as you need,
i won’t say what this is, it is at least an hour ,
why ? because in your morning you are to PLAY,
so all you need to do is sleep,
and in the morning, when you think all these thoughts like “i should get up” or “should i get up” or "I don’t want to get up " or “what time is it” and you check your clock,
all you need to do is use your mind and pretend you are in dream-land, and having fun, in the morning,
it is as easy as cake and pie, pretend and have fun, fantasize, knowing that your day does not start for a while
this means you need enough sleep to be refreshed, and this means you need an hour or so of lesiure time
this IS wbtb but its not,
if i told you how to do it it wouldn’t help,
stuff like “set your alarm”
it works for many if they have rules
but some people like you’ns and me learn best ontheir own
all lucidity is is the ability to think pretend and play and imagine while falling asleep, without forgetting, and this state of consciousness is shortly before we “get up” and start our day ,
MILD is for when you are not lucid, and you need the subconscious to remember,
MILD works,
WILD is when you are able to leave the body very easily becuase you are perfectly in between,
WILD works,
WBTB gets you to that state,
but all these things work only when you apply them with your intuition,
the state is actually nothing to do with falilng asleep, but with the sensation of ‘waking up’ but still having your mind in another world, which you can go back to for 15-20 minutes or even longer of quality exploring time,
and truthfully you will find it is the easiest thing, if you look for it,
instead of wondering “what time is it ?” just start pretending, imagine you are doing something you want to do, and talk to yourself about it,
this might be around 4-6 am for most who get up at 7 , but they’d need to have good quality deep sleep first.
