Something during my spare time

I was watcing videos from Lucidology 101 and 102. I was watching Video 4 in Lucidology 102 about the OBE Blueprint (ways to have an OBE basically) and I decided to try it out. I was not expecting any huge result because I was just laying down for a few minutes (around 15 min total). I decided that maybe it was too early for that and decided just to try n00dle’s " I AM LUCID" technique. After a while of not moving (I was lying on my right side) I began to feel and urge to move my feet and turn over onto my opposite side. Now the Lucidoogy videos says that the signal to turn over could cause a severe amount of pain depending on how strong it is. I began to feel a severe pain in my right shoulder ( I dislocated my shoulder 2.5 weeks ago), and I wasn’t sure if it was pain from the dislocation or the brain urge. I considered it a urge ad left it alone. Then it went away for a few minutes and I began to see the regular black that you see when you close your eyes and a purple shade. it was more of a blotch of purple kind of swaying and turning… I saw some kind of images in the center of all of it. I did not look at at, and was completely lost with any kind of technique and didn’t know what to do. As a few min went by the pain came back and was very very severe. Th purple color the sort of “took over” the black and my vision turned into a purple shade. I then started to feel bumps going up and down on my eyes and face… I have only experienced this twice. Once now, and once a few months ago during a meditation. I then cold not stand the pain any more so I opened my eyes and got up, the pain lasted for several seconds then went away. This all happened while reciting “I am lucid” over and over and over.

I am not sur eif it was Hypnagogic images… what do you think?

The WILD process is something like this:
1: Total blackness turns into colors.
2: Colors turns into images.
3: Images turns into movie.
(3.5: Movie get feelings? not sure)
4: You enter movie and it turns into a dream.
So i think you were on the color stage  I never succeeded and haven’t tried WILD much myself so someone else might know better.

I wish I could have kept doing it, there was such a pain in my arm I could not stand it anymore

Yea its important to find a good position when you start so you don’t have to change in the middle of everything.
But you should see it as a step forward  If you think it was “bad” you may trick your SC that the colors are bad and it will make them disappear the next time or something. See everything as a step forward.

I did it again today, I feel the weird feelings on my head, and feel as if my hands are floating. But I do not know what to do next… do I just keep waiting for something to happen?
