I was attempting to do WILD and I got extremely close to setting up a scene. For some reason I saw areas getting darker, then lighter on the top and bottom then I realized my eyes were open and I was seeing black with the weird colors. For some reason I moved my arm, then saw normally. Has anyone had anything like this happen?
Ya. Sounds like the beginnings of HH. If you didn’t move your real body you might have ended up with a lucid dream soon after. Try not to move your body next time until you are in a fully interactive dream seen or can at least see it.
Yeah, I immediately wished I hadn’t moved, but I decided I’d try again later.
So now you understand why staying still is so fundamental to the actual participation of wild? Haha just take a good breathe, relax and be calm through it.
