i had a SP in a LD, i couldnt move but knew i was dreaming. i try anything, but wouldnt help. isnt it a little strange? has anyone had this ? what do you think that means?

I had something similar once. I was lucid dreaming, but the feeling of anxiety in my dream seemed suddenly to intensify. I went to the bed and tried to scream at my partner to wake me up, but my lips wouldn’t open - I knew i was paralysed in bed.
It is a little strange, especially when you realise you’re dreaming - but I guess it could happen when the anxiety builds enough for you to stop thinking rationally (this is what happened in my case anyway).
