I did WILD yesterday and I closed my eyes and eventually I heard some screaming, very faint probably HS, then I tried to open my eyes but they were glued shut then I tried moving my arms and they moved and I snapped out of it
That wouldn’t be SP. Sleep Paralysis, as the name implies, requires that you be paralyzed. When we enter sleep paralysis or awake in a state of sleep paralysis you won’t be able to move out all, except for your eyes. Trying to move your arms, legs, or head will yield no results.
Sounds like you were definitely on your way to REM though. These types of occurrences you were experiencing usually happen for me very shortly before I enter full on SP.
No, it wasn’t SP, but you entered HH.
As you said, you heard HS and were on your way to SP.
If you hadn’t resisted, there’s a big chance you would have entered SP
