This morning I had for the first time chance to experience how it feels when you wake up while being under SP.
So I wake up around 9am and just didn’t feel as getting up. Then I just stayed laying in my bed and pretty much I start to feel very relaxed and I knew if I get that right I could WILD pretty easy. As I was getting more and more relaxed I started to feel symptoms that are cue to me that dream state is close. When I get to the vibrating and floating point I knew that I need to let myself fall asleep but I just couldn’t, maybe I was too rested to do that, so I decided to use roll over technique and I did but when I decided that it’s time to open my dream eyes I actually opened my real eyes and I thought it’s a dream.
Firstly my vision appeared as you can see image on your PC when you graphics card is broken. Then I shouted: Lucidity 100% but nothing came out of my mouth and the picture/my vision literally was vibrating. I was still lying there in my bed and I was still thinking that it’s a dream. Then I started to look around as much as I could and I noticed that I’m actually awake because I was laying in same position before falling asleep and then I blinked once with my eyes and I break SP.
So I have to say that this was not scary at all. It was very interesting, indeed. So the point of this post is as long as you keep your cool and not being dramatic SP experience can be enjoyable…
Sp: is when your in REM Sleep and your brain shuts down, making you numb, and paralyzed. It’s when your 2nd body seperates from your physical one and you get an out of body experience. But from there idk. You might see weird stuff…
That’s a good post to reassure any doubts that people have when trying to wild. Half the time a new person joins and attempts it the first time it seems that we have to go over this again in small places but not as in depth. I like how you put in examples of certain things we can experience during that state so people know exactly what sort of things to expect, while reminding them that its normal.
Actually your body shuts down or fall asleep as you prefer. Your astral body would separate only if you want to I think. But in “normal” induction of WILD you should only enter SP and from there dream.
It may seem complicated but it’s really very simple. As long as we keep it cool and not exaggerating things SP is very cool, a place with new experiences as like lucid dreams…
