I recently made a dietary change and I was wondering if anyone else has had the same problem.
I have always had extremely vivid dream recall, and have always remembered almost all my dreams in crystal-clear detail. About two weeks ago I started eating avacados and a bag of pecans on my lunch break instead of my usual cup of coffee and a butterfinger candy bar. The entire time I did this (about 4 days) I did not remeber one single dream!! A few days later, I stopped eating the avacados and went back to candy and coffee on my break, and sure enough, my dream recall and LD ing have returned after a few days. Anyone else ever experience this, not just with avacados, but with any sort of dietary change affecting your ability to LD and recall dreams? Could it have just been the coffee?? :help: :help: :help:
I don’t know if it has to do with the food you were eating. It might have to do with the fact that you are making a lot of changes. I had a period of about two weeks when I was going to get a new computer and I didn’t have dream recall for the two weeks I was waiting.
