I’ve had trouble falling asleep recently, and i started to notice right before my body goes to sleep, it starts feeling a little heavy. Normally, I use this to reassure myself that I will fall asleep sooner. Is there anyway I can use this to my advantage while LDing? I imagine it being similar to WILD, but I am not really doing WILD, I’m just going to sleep normally.
Feeling your body being heavier and heavier, and inducing a sort of falling sensation, as if you were going through the mattress, may be used to induce a WILD.
