Strange feeling while relaxing or falling asleep.

Hey, this really bothers me for a while now. I remember having it ever since I can think. When I’m near falling asleep, or just when I’m sitting down, relaxing I have this feeling, it’s hard to describe. It kinda feels like going back and forth fast - in my head. I can enjoy this kinda, if I’m really relaxed and try to hold it as long as I can. It feels like shaking your head without actually doing it. Does anybody have this too, or know what it is, or what it means? Thanks in advance.

Oh and if there’s any Big Topic, I should’ve put this in, I apologize.

Robin.

after pasting the post to siiw
it sounds like a precursor of falling asleep
like you would get doing WILD
i get that too!
especially on trains etc.
i quite like it
ok if i post this?
yes

Maybe? Sometimes I get a weird feeling and its sort of like my vision is getting distorted… even though my eyes are closed and I can’t see anything, it feels like everything is getting bigger and smaller

I’ve read people mentioning this feeling elsewhere. I had something similar to this when I slept for more than day—or stayed a whole day—in a ship. But then again, I think this might have been from the motion. Anyways, I’m sure I read somewhere in the forum about this feeling, other than here, so you’re not alone. Unless I’m going mental.

Maybe it has something to do with the blood cycle? I used to have small problems with that. It feels like a tiny little step into blacking out. When I do something with my back I feel something like that stronger, once I hurt my back, everything went white. I don’t know if these phenomenons have something to do with each other, sorry for being a noob here.

I get that, when I was a little kid I used to close my eyes just to get it.

I also have the feeling with the head althought I have no idea what it means. I don’t think it’s anything bad though since loads of people get it.
