Strange Force/Pressure

Hi,

Yesterday I encountered the Topic of “lucid dreams” the first time even though I had things like that happen often to me as a child.

So I went through the “tutorials” on the Site and thought that I try to remember my dreams more, before I continue and did what was suggested.

What I didn’t expect was that I get some weird result on the first try.
I think was In some weird “realize that you are in some dream”/“not realize that you are in your dream” state where I changed between them.
However it is all foggy and it’s hard to remember. (Therefore I wanted to do more of remembering)

But this isn’t why I am writing…
What I can clearly remember is something I also encountered as a kid but sometimes later dissapered.
When I was sleeping sometimes I would feel a “presence” of someone or something and it feels very weird and real.
It is like having a huge pressure on the body or the head.
I thought maybe it had something todo with “the mind wakes up before the body”.
Because one time I was clearly awake but kinda petrified.

But today I could move the pressure from my head to my legs while I was kinda lying down.
I’m not sure in what kind of sleep state that I was because I was not standing and I can’t remember if I was somewhere else than my bedroom.

So I asked “who are you” and without talk it made clear it was something like a higher being.
Thats messed up enough, but afterward I got a “settings screen” from it, with that I could change the area and intensity of the pressure. Oo

Ah and I also remember a nice goblin who told me he will help me to remember my dreams.

Well, just thought I would tell anyone, creeps me out.
Again I did this stuff the first time.
Sad it is all very foggy.

Well, when you woke up and couldnt move, that was called sleep paralysis (SP). Its happened to me before, amd can be creepy. If you want to get out of it, start breathing irregulary ?d if you can, blink and roll your eyes hard. After that, see if you can move through sheer willpower. You may encounter hallucinations (HH), but dont worry, they are a figment of your imagination, no matter how real they seem.

Dont forget, you can always just go back to sleep.
