Stuck between lucidity and waking up ???

This happened a few times after i went lucid and is everything but nice:

So i have a dream and become lucid, but suddenly the dream does not continue nor do i wake up, i suddenly cant see a thing and feel a thing but my own body, as if i got blind in my dream BUT i dont dream nor am i awake, it looks like i am held inside a state between being awake and being asleep, that alone wouldnt be the bad thing, the actual bad thing is that as soon i enter that state, i feel strong vibrations starting in my head going through my body (they dont hurt but arent nice either…they cause fear because i just dont know whats going on, am i dying ? do i have a stroke ? will i never wake up again ?), i also hear a loud noise -cant describe what kind of noise it is, it seems that noise come with the waves of vibrations, and not only that i also feel like my body is being shaked and pulled through the room and while that whole state/event i am totally aware that my body is in bed and that it must be a dream or so, but it feels like everything else but a lucid dream, the vibrations and all those other weird sensations then finally just go away and i open my eyes in bed. the first times i had this experience were real shocking, i hoped to never have that again, but it came back and with everytime it was kinda easier to go through

I think that’s just SP, but not sure.

ok i didnt even know what “SP” may be, but again google saved me from making myself look like one of those guys who rather flood forums with questions than using google hehe
dreaminglucid.com/articlejc.html

and well after reading into it, i think its really sleep paralyzis, at least what that guy claimed is exactly what i experience when i have that

now id ask how many in here “suffered” sleep paralyzis and how ?

Well, you were most likely still dreaming that whole time. SP is occasionally a form of FA (false awakening). These experiences can be frightening, but if you stay calm and go with the flow, you can get teh dream back. Start to visualize a dreamscape. After all, dreams are born from your imagination, and if you’re imagining a scene while in this state that it could become a dream. There’s no need to fear SP, it something that happens to everyone after they go to sleep, and no one has ever gotten stuck in it forever.

Try and force yourself to roll out of bed, you may encounter an OBE!
