i downloaded an mp3 by famous hypnotist paul scheele called “deep sleep and sweet dreams”. i want to use it tonight because on the last day of thw weekend its really hard for me to fall asleep cuz i stayed up late all the other nights and tonight i have to go to sleep at 11. well i wanna play this tape and also try another thing. i have a french test tomarrow and want to see what would happen if I record all the vocab for that test and play it after the hypnosis tape and see what will happen. are there any dangers in this? thanks, Ben
The only danger, although not proven, I have heard of is that when planting things into your sub conscious it can be bad for you if the words are ‘bad’ or associated wtih negative feelings. You should really try avoiding this IMO.
But then again, you need to remember a whole vocabulary so it wouldn’t be much help throwing out words you may need.
I’ll do some more research into this and reply again tommorow, right now, I must sleep

If I were you I would avoid it simply because you’re messing with something you don’t know enough about. Then again its up to you, but I’m just not encouraging it at the moment.
Persoanlly, I say go for it. Try it out, see if it helps. It’s not like you can’t listen to the words before-hand and test for negative content. Besides, there’s a limit to how powerful the influce will be when you’re using tapes and other recordings.
Particularly when used while alseep, I believe there can be a near-magic increase in the number of lucid dreams you experience with these recordings. It dosn’t even have to be the product of a professional hypnotist to get the attention of the subconscious mind.
