Successfully WILD'd into HI and semi-lucid dream state

Last night I had an exciting break through. It has been quite a while since I attempted WILD’s so I thought I would give it a shot since I’m starting school very soon.

I relaxed and I did everything I usually do for WILD preperation. I started to feel vibrations and the sounds of SP so I let it roll by as I relaxed. As it was getting stronger and I started to get fully paralysed, I started to hear demonic sounds and voices. I got really frightened but I kept strong and stayed as calm as I could. The SP and HH got very strong and I could see the wall next to my bed melt and fade into a dark, coloured room that was supposed to be the living room as I was crawling downstairs like in the grudge. Although it didn’t look anything like it.

I was aware that I was dreaming and knew I was still awake but I couldn’t move my dream body with my conscience. It was like I was in a movie and my body was going in random rooms and places but I couldn’t control it. I had a first person view but I couldn’t feel anything. After a while it started to fade then my room started to reappear like it’s normal self. I was pretty excited and decided to call it a night since it was pretty late. Oh by the way i went to bed at around 12:30-1:00 a.m and my attempt ended at around 1:30-2:00 a.m.

I feel it was a pretty successfull attempt and I’m pretty happy with the progress but I still can’t fully lucid and control my own body. Does anyone have any insight or help on how I can get more controlled? I couldn’t do any reality checks or spinning since I couldn’t control my body.

Perhaps you can try yelling “Increase lucidity!” If you can’t yell, yell as loud as you can inside your mind. Sometimes that can be just as effective as real yelling.

Are you sure it wasn’t HI??? When you’re deep into the WILD Process, the HI get’s stronger, and starts turning into movies. (You can tell the difference between HI and the actual dream because HI is flat, and the dream is like you’re actually there.)

I’m pretty sure it was HI because like I said, the walls and room started fading and melting into a different room/landscape.
