i keep hearing about this method but I can’t find any guides or anything, I know it has something to do with focusing on your 3rd eye but I also heard something about suggestions.
Can somebody help me out?
I don’t remember it all, but IIRC it involves focusing your eyes on your forehead, sleeping for 6 hours, staying awake for an hour, then going back to sleep and focusing your eyes on your forehead again. This should get you straight into SP.
