It sounds very much like HI which is often enhanced with sleep deprivation.

There is a common problem when presenting what you saw when were alon, no one believes you.
As a matter of fact a lot of these “halucinations” people have when alone.
It is like “I never speak during the sleep” kind of thing.
How you should know that.
Speaking in sleep is very unrare in fact but as we all sleep in same time and(or) alone we are not aware of that.
Somehow like these balls know when you are alone, and then show up.
i think that he shouldnt get into this direction to make others believe anything.

i wouldn’t worry about it, if it was a ghost it didn’t seem to do anything directly to you nor scare you.
also manko orbs do not just show up when your alone, there was once an instance when i was over my nans house just after the day my grandad died in hospital that i saw a rather large orb in the backyard during a sunny day, and my entire mums side of the family was over (so about 12 people)
i wouldnt worry about different opinions, they are just different.
one opinion is not better or more right than the other.
