Hi, I’m a new member to the site, but not to lucid dreams. This particular occasion wasn’t a lucid dream but it was a strange phenomena I would like to know more about.
I was in a dream, and I would do something in my head or body (Its almost indescribable) and my whole body would surge a sort of “energy” if you will, and the sensation would move throughout my body in a sort of pulsation. It wasn’t a bad feeling, just a strange thing that happened.
Has this sort of thing ever happened to anyone else before? If so, what is it and is it possible to do this again?
To be more specific, I wasn’t trying to lucid dream at all. I had woken up and It was very early in the morning. I struggled to fall asleep for about 30 minutes and then I fell asleep. During my dream I had the “power” to sort of send energy surges through my body. I dreamt I was in my bed trying to fall asleep. I think it was a dream at least.
Sounds like HI, with a mix of SP and also a gate way to Astral projection, they sound like the vibrations. there are a lot of explanations of why you have them… im not totally sure. They can be pretty incredible when you control them your self.

How often have you had this? you could use this as a good way to project
This is the only time I have experienced this. At first I woke up and thought about it and remembered the things I heard about SP. Then I looked it up online and sleep paralysis was allegedly scary from what I read. I don’t think this was just a simple dream because it was way to extraordinary.
Thanks for the help guys, I’m going to look more into HI, SP, and Astral projection.
