Well I had a dream about a month ago where once I figured out I was lucid I called upon the guy I am now currently seeing, but in my dream he either was sweating blood or sweating red… I have never seemed to figure out what this meant… even though I should have asked him in my dream while I was there, but I can’t seem to stay asleep as long as I want to once I’ve figured out I’m dreaming… Still waiting for the next lucid dream to come to ask man MANY questions… but for now. I need your help! 
I don’t think LD’s are easily analysable.
I had recently a LD where I asked to see my SG in a mirror, and I saw a man who strangled me. This is deeply stupid and I can’t analyse this dream.
Moreover, I think analysis is good for ND’s, but unuseful with LD’s. And if you never tried to understand what this vision meant for a month, it’s probably not important.
Hmmm… Sorry, I’m not a lot of help… 
red could possibly mean love - lust - passion or some other kind of strong emotion, even fear - rage.
maybe your strong emotions towards this guy were just being played out in the dream.
sweat - hot - hormones
i usually take the key words and write a list of linked words and try to work it out from there.

I had a normal dream this night, and it was a detail into it that gave me a clue about your dream. I think Reality Failure was quite right : the meaning of your dream could be sexual. Nothing important anyhow.

I’ve another idea. In French, “sweating blood and water” means “making great efforts”. Don’t you have the same expression in English ?
However, I’m not fully satisfied by my interpretation. It must be wrong…
In English the phrase goes “blood, sweat, and tears.” I don’t think it means exactly what you said the French one does, though it’s close enough.
In Norwegian, when somebody is sweating blood, it means they have been working very hard or made a very strong effort. Maybe too strong an effort to be healthy?
