Taking a nap.

I’m about to take a nap, and I want to try and dream lucid again. But there’s one question: What is the best technique to have a lucid dream while you take a nap? And can I use WBTB, even if I have been awake for almost 2 hours?

When you’re having a nap, you kind of already did WBTB. You can use whatever technique works best for you. A nap would be one of the few occasions where I would advice a beginner to do WILD. During a nap you usually go to sleep a lot faster than at night and you go almost directly into REM sleep, so WILD is a good bet.

I just got out of a nap. I tried to WILD but i simply couldn’t do it.
I dreamt a lot thought. It was weird, I think I was not really in a deep sleep.
When I woke up I felt like my dreams weren’t deep enought.

Can you give me some advices ?

I Just love to try WILD in naps, they’re excellent times to relax your body and mind and very soon you just start to feel the vibrations…

Actually, when your sleep isn’t very deep, it’s easier to get lucid (therefore some people have more LD’s in the morning than during the early hours of sleep). If WILD doesn’t work for you, try MILD. You can combine WILD with MILD (WILD process with a mantra in mind) for better results. Keep trying! :smile:
