That nagging feeling...

This has been a big problem of mine for a long while. I always have this feeling in the back of my head, this idea that I could be doing more. I could be doing more to get lucid, I could be doing something during the day, I could be practicing something, I could be training in one way or another. This gets especially frustrating if I go a few weeks without having any lucid dreams. I feel like I’m not doing enough, and it’s not a nice feeling at all. I would like to get rid of this feeling, either by actually doing more things (I’m especially looking for stuff I can do while awake and not about to go to bed) or something else. What do you think, dear forum?

During the day you can:
-Meditate using different techniques (search dream yoga and mindfulness)
-Visualize becoming lucid and your desired dream goal happening
-Live lucidly and try all day awareness
-Create art relating to your goals
-Read lucid dreaming guides and discussion
