Ya’ll know that when you want to go to sleep faster, or if you’re trying to concentrate or whatever you look at that dot up towards the middle of your forehead while you’re sleeping…
well why is it that whenever I do it, I lose consciousness really fast and then I lose my thoughts of trying to focus on the “I am going to dream. I will know I am dreaming” thing, and then if I happen to catch myself straying away from those thoughts, all it does is keep me awake longer! grr lol. How do you keep those thoughts without staying awake?? Any suggestions or anything? I’m all ears!!
