Im pretty sure thats called a DJ m’ate
i think he means that he is going to wake himself up a few times every night and see if he can recall his dreams. If he does then he’ll record them. That way he will have more DJ entries per night
it’s a good idea, i might try it to see if it works
how does this work? do u have a timer that wakes you up at a set time?
No i dont have a timer, the thing is that ppl have this misconception that you only wake up at end of your sleep but no, you actually wake up several times, after each sleep cycle to be exact.
want to point out that the first 6 hrs. of the sleep consist of 1.5 hr cycles, then the cycle becomes half the time being 45. Min then 20 then 10 min.
But anyway i sucedded in having a lucid dream by writing only the title of the previous dream, the sleep position and any other note. Then sleeping on your back and using a fan to make you sleep fast
I’m noticing that i should do something to become aware like quickly writing keywords of the dream but not making the MILD too complicated and long, rather just make a simple awareness increase and ld intention and just sleep back to the dreamworld, preferably on my back.
If i make the MILD too complicated, it will take longer for me to sleep back, and because i’m a light sleeper, it won’t work, my intention would be intoxicated with other thoughts…
I’ve moved this topic to quest (from the lab) now … since the whole first post has been changed which has made the topic more suitable for the quest forum since it’s a personal trying out of methods to become lucid.
I couldn’t make the experiment this morning since i came home late and my sleep pattern was disrupted, so i was all messed up…
I’ve decided to try DEILD, seems a pretty interesting technique, and i think even easier than the traditional methods.
