Hello.
I have read about the SunEye method the last days. The method describes how to focus on the third eye, but I have some problems with it.
Does annyone of you have a good method?

What method is that?
When I try this, and lose my focus after about 30 seconds.
When Im focusing on the third eye, should I see any colors og images? I only see alot of strange colors and stuff, but no images.
Edit: How many cm is 3 inches?
No you dont have to see any images, all you have to do is focus on that spot for about 3 mins and then either fall asleep like that or just stop it and fall asleep normal thats it. Worked once for me.

I’ll try the suneye method next weekend. Should the third eye be OPEN before I do selfhypnosis?
No need to think open or close just focus on the spot between your forehead and look up at it with your eyes closed for a few mins.
Ok. But should it hurt in my eyes? If I roll my eyes very high up, it hurts after 10 second…

Yes, it can. If you concentrate on the third eye, you could do some self hypnosis. And tell your self to be aware of your dreams…

The Second Nose method. Touch the tip of you finger to the tip of your nose and focus both of your eyes there for 3 minutes. After contemplating the number of nosehairs you have in first one, then both nostrils, breathe deeply, take two aspirin, then call your doc opthamologist to set up an appointment for some new prescription glasses. 
welll it might hurt for a while untill your eyes get used to after a few days but you dont have to force it hard, just roll them a little so you feel yourself focusing on that location.
Hm. I was just thinking. Is it possible to combine WILD and Suneye methods?
