So I’ve been looking around and I don’t remember seeing this anywhere, so I figured it was about time we got this going. This is a place where you can share the places you’ve personally visited in your LD’s. Name them, describe them and share their significance to you. Then, take a look around, there might be some places you’d like to visit XD

The TARDIS

Yeah, yeah, fanboy time :razz:. The TARDIS is a big destination for me seeing as how The Second Doctor is my DG. It usually appears in it’s classic police box form, but I fixed the chameleon circuit so it will occasionally appear as other doors/objects. The interior is based on the Classic set with some changes, such as a windows across the top of one wall from which you can see the time vortex going by. The very first time it appeared it was just a shell, the interior seemed to have exploded across my neighborhood and only a burnt console was behind the door. In a couple of occasions it has updated to a more modern look as a cross between the two most recent interiors.

Dream Police Mountain Base
This base appeared in an LD in which I was recruited by a group to be a sort of super hero agent of sorts. I have since come to realize they are the dream police. The base is nestled in the Rocky Mountains near the Durango/Silverton train line. It looks like a large warehouse from the outside, and inside there is a large assortment of desks with computers that have access to most parts of the dream world. An upper level on the catwalk has offices for the higher ups. My desk is on the ground floor closest to the door. The base was attacked by some form of dream demons when I first arrived.

The dream forest
This was actually in my most recent LD. This is a forest which can be found alongside an old country road not too far from where I live. The road is the same, but the forest is exclusive to the dream. It seems to have bits of all of the seasons, with some trees green, some trees changing and some trees dead. There is a stream that goes through the forest which is apparently great for fishing. The water gets a bit brown in deeper parts, but it’s neither dirty nor polluted. This is the most calming location I’ve been to in an LD. Just having a walk in it put me in a good mood my entire WL day.

The mall
Yes, a giant shopping mall. It seems to contain the S__rs I work at but also has a bunch of other shops and places in it that could delight anyone. The floors are made of a tan marble and it goes up four stories. Not only that, but there are often smaller stands in the middle of the huge aisles selling clothes, foods and other things. There also seems to be a large garden that the mall itself is built around, though I’ve never fully explored it. The parking lots also seem to have various smaller shops lining the outskirts. The mall is almost always full of DC’s, and it’s one location where I never feel alone. Not to mention it’s fun to peruse around to see what you might find XD.

The Crystal Tunnel
This appeared in one lucid dream a while back but I’ve always meant to go back. It is a larger underground tunnel made entirely from diamond and a few smaller precious stones. It sparkled in the most beautiful way as I walked through it. I took a bite out of the crystal and it had an interesting taste… in any case it was a place worth going back to.

I don’t know where it was, the name of it, or the reason it was there. It was the most lucid dream of myself being a Dragon.

New China… or something

It was a small, square, coldesack. That had China decorations up, like the Small, red, light balls. It had 2 basketball courts. (Which was the size of the square) 4-5 story buildings and even people that lived on the roof. I lived on the roof, I could zip down on 1 of the 2 ziplines set up diagonally for people to go up and down like an escalator to the top of the roofs, and to the bottom level. (Great for basketball trickshots) The people who lived on the roof had a regular house, it was all very city like. When I first arrived, there was an evil ghost kidnnapping kids, my arch rival. I got a close look at him when I went down the zipline and he went up. That was the end of that dream.

Coastal Town
A fairly modern British coastal town. Large cobblestone (pedestrian only) shopping area with tram lines nearby that run alongside the road, heading towards the beach and port area. Had alot of fun here controlling the waves and phasing through walls on the tram, kinda freaked the other passengers out though. Grin

Victorian Street/Sqaure:
Only had a short LD here, was initally a ND. Largely cobblestoned with building’s lining the steets, very narrow. Took place in a sqaure or 8 like contruction. Buildings line the edges of the street with a large walled in section across the other side. Tried to go up a street and a mounted police officer told me off for going up that particular street. Became Lucid when i ran and started flying, he rode off…so i flew back and changed his uniform into a dress.

Tuscany, Italy:
!st LD took place here, flying over landscape with mountains in the distance and ‘cyprus’ tree’s (i think) below, scattered buildings of italian architecture. Woke up when i landed and tried to shapeshift to scare a passerby.

‘Peru’/ Tropical Island Chain:
Large cluster of islands (with lots of tropical tree’s and scattered wooden buildings connected by wooden bridges). Had mixed architecture but seemed to be mostly carribean style. Clear blue water with lots of small rivers and large patches of water, kinda mangrovey in areas. Went flying, took a DC of a RL friend flying, trying to teach him to fly…for some reason called it Peru.

‘Disneyland’:
Theme park that seems to change layout every time i visit, yet i always recognise it as Disneyland or call it that…even though it looks nothing like it in anyway. Possiblely only visted during Semi-LD’s.

Random Cityscape:
Random Cityscape, was flying on outer subburbs and practsing summoning objects…managed to summon the find/summon the TARDIS (with Doctor) to take me to other places…Friend woke me up before i had a chance to go inside ¬_¬.

Note: All these places occured originally in a ND before i become LD within the enviroment.

I have trouble at the moment with visiting a place i want to go, currently experimenting with different methods to make enviroments and visit them…which is why i was annoyed when i didn’t get a chance to enter the TARDIS XD So close!!!

The Roller Coaster Park
A large, green park with a single path going through the middle and fields of grass on either side. There is a small snack stand which sits next to a steel roller coaster (the only man-made structure in the park). There is also a garden and a few mountains in the distance.

Space Exploration

Waking up in an LD in your bed, running outside, and flying into space and exploring what is out there.

THE ICE CREAM SHOP
Well this seems to be the spot where I end up in a significant number of LDs. I can’t remember how many times ive blown it up, set it on fire, frozen it, made holes in it, and had fights in, but every dream its back there good as new :smile:
Its a nice place, mostly all marble with brick walls, and very tasty ice cream. I believe it has a 2nd floor because ive flown through it before, but sometimes its a 1 story establishment. Perhaps they were different ice cream shops, but I like it, and maybe thats why they all seem the same

I haven’t noticed very many places in my dream world that are recurring and different from my waking world…but here’s one that I’ve noticed recently!

The Forest City!

I don’t know what to call it. It’s a very foresty city, like the kind of place you’d expect elves to live in. There’s a Fresh Market-like grocery store, where dream adventures are started; my house, which is wooden and very pretty with a slanted roof; and other places (houses, stores, etc.) which I’m too awake to remember.
