Things that affects lucid dreaming

Positives- calm mind, meditation, dream journal, true application, motivation (i always question this one because pure unrelenting motivation isn’t anything without application)intelligence may be a factor, awareness, strength to avoid the negatives etc.

negatives-craziness, caffiene, drugs, loud people, laziness, stubborness, being a little too receptive and accepting of external criticism, self loathing, obsessing etc.
