Lucid Dreaming doesn’t affect the quality of your sleep.
Lucid Dreaming doesn’t put you in any danger - Your dreams are still dreams.
Lucid Dreaming wont make you an insomniac - To the contrary, you’ll wanna sleep a whole lot more and probably get better at it.
There is nothing to be afraid of when it comes to lucid dreaming - Really
I guess it’s just a fear of what i will do and how will it affect me.
Well, dreams can be anything you want them to, there’s people who just use LD to go on zombie rampages, fly around and the like, it’s not much different from a videogame
But if you want, you can explore more of yourself, and discover a whole lot more about yourself: this will probably bring change, but only positive change can come from knowing yourself better.
It’s like when you face a nightmare, you’ll be probably scared at the beginning, but then you’ll accept what it represents, and by then, the fear of it will have dissipated, and you won’t be scared by it ever again.
I want to try but there isn’t really i guide informative for me.
