Hey, I found this article on the web and thought it was really neat. If you curl and uncurl your toes while in bed, it is supposed to help you fall asleep quicker. The article also has a link to a website that has an info graphic of 8 different ways to fall asleep quicker. I thought it might be useful for Lucid Dreaming, but I don’t know whether I should have posted this here or in the Quest for Lucidity forum.
