So i’ve been doing WILD for a few months, had an LD or 2 (that I remember), but recently i’ve been trying to get lucid and I get to the “vibration” stage. I can withstand it for a little while, but before long it becomes unbearable and I have to move.
It’s hard to explain… utlimately it comes down to experiencing it more and more until you get used to it. Originally, I couldn’t get past it, I’d either get too excited, or focus too much and knock myself out of the vibration stage. Now it seems I can get there and have it stay without thinking about it… I guess what I do, without the ability to better explain it is this: thinking about yourself being overcome by the vibration, like it’s pulling you down (not violently or anything) just imagine yourself sinking or getting deeper in thought (without focusing too hard) I hope this makes sense, what works is really on an individual level…
Yea the first part I know would definately help, only thing is I sometimes have a lot on my mind and I can’t get to the vibration often enough to get used to it lol.
That seems like it would help, i’ve gotten past it once or twice and went into sleep paralysis, but because I usually control my breathing up until this point, I forgot to breathe normally and fell back out of it.
I’ll try that the next time I can concentrate long enough to this point haha
Let me know how it goes, also I noticed my succesfull LD’s through WILD have been when I was really physically tired… like coming home from Disneyland, or after helping a friend move. It’s still 50/50 with that though, because you could be TOO tired and end up just falling asleep.
