Tranquinol - Promotes REM Sleep?

I’m a new member here, 23f. :smile:

Getting into Lucid Dreaming (I’ve had one so far!). However, I’m in the stage of just getting past remembering dreams. It’s not that I NEVER remember, I just only remember dreams maybe once a week or two. And they are generally very vivid and I do have a dream journal where I write these down.

Just starting last night, I am trying MILD (I went off of Treader’s direction in my technique, thank you!).

I think my biggest roadblock right now is my insomnia. I am not able to get to sleep until much later than I would like (1:30, 2 AM), and then I end up waking up around 8 and I just can’t fall back asleep. I always feel so tired during my waking life now.

I am trying a supplement called Tranquinol by Premier Research Labs that is supposed to assist in getting better, deeper REM sleep. Thus, helping you feel more restful when you wake as well as producing more vivid dreams.

Has anyone else tried this before?

The ingredients include:
Magnesium Glycinate, Valerian Root, L-Theanine, Noni, Amylase, Maltase, Apple Cider Vinegar, Protease, Pepsin, Lipase, Magnola Officinalis Bark, and Ziziphus Spinosa.
