You do that pure by means of suggestion, thats how all of the dream works.

you can use also suggestion in the form of voice commands.
Base is suggestion/association, be creative and explore, trial and error.

I transformed in a dog once, and it was cool, but I did not try it after that, mostly because it was a little bit scary that I could feel it so realistic… Maybe I will do it again one day, because it is really cool, but not now.
About how I did it… Well, as I can remember, I was flying low above the floor, and I just imagined I was a dog. But I am not sure I would even have thought of such thing if I hadn’t had a ND, where I was a dog, not long before that.
I also made my hands longer, and it was very easy at all.
Gosh… I neeeeeeed an LD to happen… This is one of the most amazing feelings on earth
Yeah it sounds so damn awesome . I have come close almost on the brink but not actually had a LD. I think transforming myself will be one of the first things I try, besides flying that is. Also, what have you transformed yourself into Jeff if you have. It would be neat to be a sea crature at the bottom of the ocean or a strange being in near the center of the earth. I don’t know maybe not.
