how do you guys do it because my sister wan’t to know my brother can but don’t want to tell her so please can somebody help me
for the people who want to know : I’m only a beginner 
and my sister and brother are younger then me 
Simplest way is to close your eyes and think that when u open them the thing will be transformed to your likes.Tho rest varies depending on what youre transforming...yourself?someone?object? In general transforming requires stable ld...if youre the beginner you might want to try other things till you get used to being in ld and realize fully your abilities(believe in them).Things like exploring,tasting,smelling,talking to dream ppl…so on…things that wont require lots of concentration.
